World News Today

World News Today is a current affairs news programme produced by BBC News. Originally hosted by George Alagiah and later Zeinab Badawi, the programme was shown originally as a morning television show for the American audiences. The bulletin is shown on BBC Four for the first half-hour from 1900 to 1930 (followed by a weather update), and then exclusively on the BBC World News Channel for the remainder.
