Calendar became the fifth ITV plc regional news programme to adopt the new ITV News branding for their bulletins, on Thursday 3 December 2009. Whilst localised opts for the north (Emley Moor) and South (Sheffield/Belmont) of the Calendar region remained within the main 6pm programme, the titles became the same for both regions, featuring scenes from across the Yorkshire TV area. Shorter bulletins also rebranded as Calendar, dropping the ‘News’ part of the title.

In preparation for the ITV rebrand, Calendar moved to a temporary set in the newsroom for their final main evening programme in the yellow era, on 11 January 2013. Weekend bulletins continued to be presented from the newsroom.
