TV-am: The Morning Programme

From January 1987, Good Morning Britain was moved to 7am, with the first 45mins (By July the full hour) original being untitled before acquiring the name “The Morning Programme”. The 6am-7am slot focused on the news, the markets, health, sport and each day would have a top five in the world of Entertainment. Presenters of this programme included Richard Keys, Kay Burley, Kathryn Holloway, Kathy Rochford and Mike Morris. In 1991 the slot was renamed First Report.
