UTV will be rebranded on Monday 17 October 2016, to become more consistent with its parent broadcaster ITV.

UTV creative director Trevor McCormick said the rebranding heralded “an exciting chapter for UTV. Our idents and promos now use the same colour picking technique which has worked so well for ITV, making the brand and content feel connected.”
