UKTV Drama (previously known as UK Arena, then UK Drama) was a television channel broadcasting in the UK as part of the UKTV network of channels. It launched on 1 November 1997, as a platform initially for the arts, and latterly drama programming. UK Arena was relaunched under a new name – UK Drama – on March 31 2000.

Since 7 October 2008 it has been known as Alibi, specialising in crime programmes.

2005 – 2008

In the Spring 2005, a new set of ident were introduced for UKTV Dramas new daytime operations. By the end of the 2005 there replaced the drummers idents for all junctions.
